1. What is celliz?
We are a software solution provider for the mobile phones. We specialized in mobile commerce, geo location, mobile navigation, security and virtual university campuses.
2. Is it free to Join?
Absolutely, we don't our charge users for joining and using Celliz for individual non commercial use.
3. What if I want to provide value and services to Celliz members and promote my buisness interests?

4. Why do I need to register at all?
It's FREE and It only takes 2 minutes to register. Registration will give you access to the website interface where you can manage your account, select the services you are interested in, personalize the selections according to you interests and much much more.
5. Is this service compatible with my phone?
Most of our application are C++/JAVA based, compatible with most of the phones. Even if your device is not compatible you still can use you phone to access our mobile friendly site and use the services most of the time.
6. Why can't I log in?
If you have registered and you still cannot log in then double-check your username and password (Is Caps Lock on?). Usually this is the problem; if not, contact the administrator through contact us link.
7. Why do I get logged off automatically?
When you logged in, the website keep you logged in only for a preset time. This prevents misuse of your account by anyone else. This is helpful if you access the us from a shared computer, e.g. library, internet cafe, university cluster, etc.
8. I've lost my password!
Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page and click I've forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be back online in no time.
9. I registered in the past but cannot log in anymore!
The most likely reasons for this are: you entered an incorrect username or password (check the email you were sent when you first registered) or the administrator has deleted your account for some reason. Try registering again or contact the administrator through the contact us link.
